Once, when existing machines started to show signs of wear and tear asscociated with age, laundry managers had only two options. Either they invested in new machines, or took the risk and bought second hand equipment and accepted the potential risks and problems that may come with it.

Re-manufacture, is fast becoming the 3rd option and laundries everywhere are starting to enjoy the benefits it can bring.

Basically the re-manufacture process returns a used machine to as close to new as possible. Machines are completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and worn parts replaced, state of the art controls fitted and are fully tested.

At typically 60% of the cost of a new machine, re-manufactured has become very popular in busy laundries. Laundry managers also enjoy the fact that staff can use machines they are familiar with and establishments with muliple machines can implement a program of rolling re-manufacture, with minimum distruption.
